bubbles are transparent domes and i always regard them as cuteness and liveliness until recently i started to have a feeling of distaste for them. they are the main culprits for my unsuccessful experiments. i hated them and would want them to burst and get out of my way for the rna analysis. no mater how cautiously when pipetting down the samples into the chip they still formed and disrupted the following process. another major problem which keeps my head big is the set of biorad machine. it cost us 30000 and yet they are not those sophiscated systems where you can close an eye while analysing your precious samples. the on and off functioning of the machine has driven me to madness. hopefully we can get it repaired from the biorad people soon.
